im pretty annoying with my fears i feel like no matter how much i tap i will never get over them.
i try to tap along with Robert's videos but i get distracted because im trying to focus on my own problems and their talking about their problems.
i haven't tapped on my fears a lot but a few minutes or hours later, when I do tap, it comes right back. i relaize i should tap more but its really hard and i dont know what to say and how to do it right. it not getting any better it just keeps coming back I'm really mad because im sick of feeling like this and being afraid all the time.
some one please help me i can't take this much longer it so hard..

It is my opinion that you must be open to the changes.....to let go of the fear
ANd, as you know from watching the videos on Healing magic youtube channel,
You have that power.
I suggest tapping on this:
First, see a tree and look at its roots.... visualize a tree...see a picture in your mind
Breathe deeply, in an out- and slowly about three times- big full breaths...that will help you get to this place of letting go
Then imagine the trees roots being pulled out-
Then, RS, asks, what happens? of course you know it- the tree falls down.
This sets you further for the letting go of fear.
Then, start tapping on your face, and say,
"This fear, this fear, I let it go"
Another thing Robert says often is to AIM at the problem-
If you say, "This feeling, I release and let it go, this feeling, it is safe to let it go...'
That's good, too...
RS also says that when you ask better questions, you get something better to aim at...
SO after the first wave of relief, you will be better able to ask better questions and AIM at it
I also was like you, it felt so out of control and helpless with the fear always there... but I kept tapping, and
it is almost completely gone.
Now I must learn new ways of relating to people and events.... much better than the old ways.
Just be open to it and add that tree with its roots pulled out visualization.....
you will see progress and feel much better.
It is just the first phase of healing yourself. its new and anytime we do anything that is new to us, it is strange.
Keep tapping and it will be ok...
Write here after you do the breathing, tree and tapping....ok?
Also if you say, "it just wont go away," that is understandable, but instead, say
"This problem is going away" You are talking to your subconscious mind, allowing it to change.
Being frustrated about it will stop soon, too.

Hi NomoreFear. I fully understand where you are coming from. I have had an anxiety disorder for about 18 or more years. If it had not been for all the tapping I have done over the last few years, I don't know where I would be. There are often times when I have felt that it will never go away - sometimes I still feel like that but I persist. In my opinion the best thing is to find a tapping buddy or a practitioner and work with the chosen person consistently. Sometimes it is hard to do, particularly when you are feeling okay, but do it anyway. I have not been very disciplined with the tapping on my own or with others and I think this is why I still sometimes feel the anxiety stuff creeping in again.
It would be nice if there was a forum on the website that deals particularly with tapping buddies.

Hi NomoreFear, Suellen and Sue,
I totally relate to where you're coming from about anxiety and anxiety disorder and how long it can take to clear it.
I too have had so much confidence just from reading this site and seeing how people like Sue have been persistent and have been healed. It's not about spending money, it's about learning good techniques and then using them enough to get rid of "disorders" - ie the huge complicated set of symptoms that we give a label too.
Another way to see your successes is to see which things you're able to do that you couldn't do before. One of the aspects of a "disorder" is how it can be usefully used to protect against things we "don't" want to do - only we really do want to do them, but on some level they are scary or too hard. So a way to measure your progress is to see which new things you've become able to do, or new friends you made, or new positive experiences you're able to create and at least experience and enjoy.
At other times, it gets worse before it gets better!! That's if the outer layers of the disorder were helping you cover up really bad feelings, and when you strip off the first layers, you re-access them. Knowing this might happen takes some of the sting out of it, and you then know that if you just keep tapping you'll get rid of both the anxiety disorder and the pain of whatever it's protecting you from.
Thank you for taking this route with everyone else here on the forum. It's one of my beliefs that when we clear something we make it much easier for everyone else on the planet - and particularly people you connect to - to also clear that thing. So even if you don't feel "deserving" of having no more fear, or of spending so long tapping to reduce this, think of the other people on the planet who would love to feel free. (of course I really mean that you *DO* deserve this expenditure of time, just like it would be nice to give the gift of fearless living to everyone else).
