To take any kind of action, you have to know what you want and be at peace with it. This is true for sports, jobs, businesses, relationships, parenting. There is no such thing as a “perfect response” – but you can achieve a mindful brain through training. Now this can only be achieved if you make it a habit.

An exercise to try
Set the alarm 5-10 minutes before you have to wake up. As soon as you’re up, jot down the list of things that you are worried, anxious or dreading during the day or week ahead and start tapping on them one by one.

Being Focused
One of the main ways FasterEFT compliments attaining a mindful state of mind, is focus. Whereas most modalities require you to keep your focus on your problem throughout the process (and this is also our natural, human inclination), one of the keys to success in using FasterEFT is taking your focus off the problem while you tap.
In other words, you aim by noticing how you know it’s a problem; and then, rather than staying focused on the problem take your focus off it, and focus on the feeling of your fingers on your skin as you tap.

Since your subconscious is the part of you that is in charge of your memories, how they’re interpreted, and the structures they provide for what you experience in your life, it is your subconscious that needs to make the changes rather than your conscious mind.
The act of noticing how you know you have a problem is all that is needed to aim the subconscious at what you want to change.
When you focus on your problem, as you focus on it, you are firing the neural network in your brain that is supporting that problem. As neuroscientists say: “Neurons that fire together, wire together” – this refers to the fact that the more a particular neural connection is used, the stronger the connection becomes.
And, since every thought is a connection between neurons, the same thought will create the same connection every time you think it. That’s how you can train your brain to become more mindful, with FasterEFT by your side!
