A resistance to exercise is very common; especially for those who try to commit to an exercise routine on a long-term basis. You may think that the key to weight loss of any kind is non-stop exercising. Again, forcing yourself to exercise is only addressing the symptoms.
Your reluctance to exercise will be caused by the subconscious triggering your body and conscious mind to avoid the exercise based on the records it currently holds. Change the records and you will find your resistance to exercise diminishes. You will find it easier and more enjoyable to work out or play a sport.
Many people find that once they’ve started with an exercise routine, they feel too tired, or they suffer from an injury or illness, or they become too busy. Whatever the reason is, it is in fact their subconscious “protecting” them from what it sees as a threat.
If you were to simply continue with the exercise routine and achieve the physical results you’re aiming at, that would cause a conflict with the records held in your subconscious – which could be that you are not good enough; that exercise is hard; that you never follow through with anything; that you’re lazy; that you deserve to be overweight; and an infinite number of other possibilities.

FasterEFT and Obesity – Healthy Food vs Unhealthy Food
Let’s show you how eating and obesity work.
If you have a record in your subconscious that eating buckets of ice cream makes you feel good – even though you may be unaware of the connection – your subconscious will signal your organs to produce chemicals that make you feel good about eating ice cream and bad about not having it. This may be the result of some childhood trauma where you consoled yourself with ice-cream to make yourself feel better.
Whatever it was, you don’t need to know what it was. You just need to know the connection between eating ice cream and feeling good is there. When you try not to eat ice cream, you are not simply choosing to not eat it; you are fighting against your body’s craving for it. This is caused by the record the subconscious holds that it makes you feel good.
If you were to change that record, you would be able to easily choose to not eat the ice cream. It would then become a simple decision rather than a struggle against your own body. That’s why it’s so hard for most obese people to stick to a healthy, nutritious diet, even though consciously they want to.
