Memories give us an identity. They build are character, they represent who we are, where we came from and how far we’ve come. They have become a yardstick with which we measure whether we achieved something in life or not. Memories cause us to smile fondly in memory or cringe with fear and pain, as if that event was happening all over again right now.
More often than not, memories are foundation structure that support your problems and prevent personal development. That is why memory reimprinting is so important if you want to succeed in life.
The subconscious mind is a storehouse of memories. Different combination of memories are used as foundations for specific traits or habits that we have, that may not make logical sense to the conscious mind. Read on to see how you can make sure only positive memories rule your life by using Eutaptics reimprinting.
For example:
Paul is a five year old, and he’s in a dreamy, relaxed state. Paul is focused on a watching his favorite Tv show about a clown, and unaware of everything else around him. Suddenly, he hears his mother yelling at his siblings, and his body reacts in shock. His brain immediately triggers his organs to produce fight or flight chemicals, and his body instantly goes into an emergency state.
Paul’s subconscious will automatically makes a connection between the danger and the source of it. Since Paul’s conscious mind is not yet able to work out where the threat came from, and since his full focus was on the clown at the time, his subconscious creates a connection between the clown and the stress state and that is how his personal development progresses. He can later change this through Eutaptics reimprinting.
From then on, whenever Paul sees a clown, his body goes into fight or flight and he starts to cry. His parents have no idea what happened, and cannot understand why their child is suddenly and inexplicably terrified of clowns! As Paul gets older, his conscious mind understands that clowns can’t hurt him, but he still can’t help feeling fear whenever he sees a clown. Memory reimprinting will help get rid of that fear and help Paul maintain a calm state of mind whenever he sees a clown.
Naturally, Paul’s conscious mind doesn’t remember the original incident, but the memory of it is stored in his subconscious mind as part of his survival system. His conscious mind believes he has a weird phobia of clowns, and so he simply does whatever he can to avoid clowns. Through Eutaptics reimprinting, he can change that connection without being consciously aware of it.
Now, another child may not have made the connection between clowns and danger – every individual makes different connections. It depends on the emotional state at the time, the intensity of those emotions (emotions like fear, anger and shock are most potent), and the events that followed the incident. It also depends on the experiences that came after the event and how they were filtered through that particular event.
If Paul is then, somehow, surprised by clowns, or someone dressed up as a clown or someone mentions that clowns, the subconscious may then add that incident to the structure of his personal development.

While these incidents may seem to have a certain logic (they all involve that clowns) there may also be other memories that are part of the structure of this particular problem that appear to have nothing to do with the clown itself. This is why consciously, we struggle to understand the connections. But the good news is, with Eutaptics reimprinting, you don’t need to understand, you just have to be aware you have a problem by how you feel.
It could be that as a teenager, Paul had a traumatic break-up with his girlfriend; and as he’s standing in the park, having just read her text, his eyes fall upon a bumper sticker of a clown. Again, while his conscious mind doesn’t register the connection, or even really see the clown since he’s so focused on the pain of the break-up, his personal development connects that memory with a clown.
As you can see, this builds on and the possibilities are endless. So, trying to find and address each memory in that structure is an impossible task. The only way to effectively de-construct the foundation of the problem is to address the earliest reference of how you know you have a problem. So, in the case of the Paul’s clown phobia, Paul won’t remember the original incident, and he’s unlikely to connect any of the other memories to the problem; so, he starts with the earliest memory he can recall of feeling fear about that clown and uses memory reimprinting to flip it.
Why do we “Flip” Memories in Eutaptics – a.k.a Memory Reimprinting
The simple answer is – to achieve happiness and a sense of peace. To be free. If you were to go back and change a traumatic experience into a positive one, wouldn’t you want to? Your subconscious functions according to what it holds as true. So as you change traumatic memories into positive ones, through Eutaptics reimprinting, the way your subconscious read that information changes too, and so does your life.
Changing a memory is like changing the destination on your GPS – it will result in your subconscious automatically prompting you towards the personal development of your choice. So in Paul’s case, he will find that he’s doesn’t feel anxious when he sees a clown, his body doesn’t react in a stressful way; he even finds clowns funny! All because his subconscious is affecting the way he feels and his choices in every moment.
When you use Eutaptics reimprinting to clear the emotional charge in a memory, as long as you keep going, you will notice the memory will often change on its own. You don’t necessarily need to consciously change it. As you continue to tap and alternate between the memory that bothers you and a peaceful memory, you will start to notice that the feelings, visuals and audio in the memory that bothers you change.
Look at the expressions on the faces of other people in the memory, as well as your own expression; and notice how, as you keep tapping and checking back, the expressions change. The characters in your memory are now smiling; those who hurt you are now loving you.
Now that you know the power of memory reimprinting and the effect it will have on your life, pick one to try the process on. Pick a memory that bothers you, and use the Eutaptics reimprinting technique to tap until it flips. You’ll be amazed by the results it has on your personal development!
