No matter which way you cut it, religion is a touchy subject. It is a beautiful thing to believe in something higher than yourself and can be something that brings people together. For many, it is a closeness to the unknown, a calling towards faith in not only their Higher Power, but in one another. However, not everyone sees it that way. 

Many don't like to talk about their relationship with religion, be it good or bad, simply because it is a deeply personal thing. Some don't like to talk about it because it draws on horrible memories and treatment from others. Many have experienced religion as a weapon used by others to manipulate or harm them. 

If you've experienced trauma around your religion, your spirituality, or if you've been manipulated by those you love because of their religious beliefs, this tap-along was designed to help you address those traumas and turn them into something worthy of your energy.
