Is Crying Good For Stress Relief? There’s Something Better To Relieve Stress!

The effects of stress on our physical health are indisputable.

Science has found a concrete link between stress levels and related diseases, such as:

  • Asthma
  • Diabetes
  • Obesity
  • Depression and Anxiety
  • Gastrointestinal problems
  • Headaches
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Increased risk of Cancer

As the video above shows, crying is an emotional response to an intense event.

So whenever you’re extremely stressed caused by extreme joy or extreme sadness, we cry.

When we cry, we shed tears, and the hormone adrenocorticotropic (ACTH) is released into the bloodstream.

This helps to relieve stress, but crying over an extended period of time can be detrimental to your health.

You may have found that once in a while, after having “a good cry”, you feel calmer and more relaxed.

While crying does help to relieve stress, it’s not the best way to relieve stress and can actually cause physical harm to your health over the long term.

Neurology based techniques such as FasterEFT are very effective in relieving the root causes of stress, not just the symptoms.

This technique helps to reprogram your subconscious mind, so that your body’s reactions to stress inducing events are more manageable.

What Stress Does To Your Heart

Stress isn’t harmful as long as it is short-lived.

The body is not designed to thrive in a stressed state.

When you feel the fight, freeze or flight sensations that come with negative emotional states – from worry and anxiety to anger and hurt – your body has put itself into a state of emergency.

This includes:

* Elevated heart-rate

* Blood being pumped away from the organs to the extremities (to help with running away and fighting)

* Digestive system minimizes or shuts down (digestion is not necessary in the short term for escaping a threat)

* Healing is put on hold (it’s not necessary for escaping an imminent physical threat)

* The prefrontal cortex of the brain becomes inactive (cognitive thinking is not necessary for running away from a wild animal or fighting off an attacker)

* Stress chemicals like adrenaline and cortisol flood the blood stream and have various effects on the cells of the body

* The cells cease to function normally and are not picking up nutrients as they would normally in this emergency state

According to recent research, an elevated heart rate has been tied to an increased risk of heart disease and early death.

According to Howard LeWine, M.D. who published Increase in resting heart rate is a signal worth watching on the Harvard Health Blog says,

Results of observational research studies support a link between health and heart rate. Researchers from Norway previously reported the results of a large study looking at changes in resting heart rate over 10 years.

… The results also suggested that lowering your resting heart rate over time may be beneficial, but the researchers could not say that for certain.”

The conclusion of the study was that reducing stress was beneficial to your heart’s health and overall health in the long run.

Faster EFT – Best Tool For Stress Management

The CDC (Center for Disease Control) reported that 85% of all diseases have an emotional aspect attached to them.

Almost everyone carries around some form of emotional trauma from their past.

These emotional traumas fester and grow over time – adversely affecting not only your health, but finances, livelihood, relationships.

Chronic stress is like a scar that we keep picking at – if you don’t let a wound scab, the cells can’t heal themselves.

Cellular biologist, Bruce Lipton has spent his adult life studying cells and the effects of body chemistry on them.

As Lipton explains in his presentations, although it used to be thought that the “brain” of the cell is the nucleus, science has now discovered this is not the case.

Most of us were taught in biology, in school that the nucleus controls the cell’s functions.

However, Lipton points out that in the countless experiments he and other scientists have conducted, when the nucleus of a cell was removed, the cell continued to function.

Through further experiments, he discovered that the only part of the cell that controls its behavior is the membrane.

These experiments showed that the environment in which a cell was placed determined not only how it moved (towards nutrition and away from toxins) but what kind of cell it became.

Several cells – all identical – were placed in different petri dishes, each in a different solution.

One formed muscle, another formed bone, and another, fat cells.

Each cell developed differently depending on the environment in which it was placed.

It is the membrane of the cell that is exposed to the environment – and that determines the activity and behavior of the cell.

Using FasterEFT, you can work with the subconscious to change those original resources that it is referring to, that are providing the “evidence” for your negative perceptions.

And as you change that data, your perception will naturally and automatically change – giving you different results in all areas of your life.

In Faster EFT, the tapping is used to disrupt the signal between the brain and the major organs of the body that trigger the fight or flight response while changing neural pathways in the neocortex of the brain.

The Faster EFT Tapping Basic Recipe doesn’t just deal with energy disruptions, which only fixes the outer issue of the problem.

It deals with the root cause of the problems, eliminating them completely.

Two doctors – a Molecular Biologist and Radiation Oncologist share how medicine and Faster EFT can change lives:

Crying Is Great For Short Term Stress Relief, But FasterEFT Is A Long Term Solution

Crying as a form of release is great during times of extreme stress or joy.

It can be cathartic and extremely liberating, but it’s not a long term solution to events that cause violent bouts of crying.

When you’re crying, your body is under stress and is releasing stress hormones into your bloodstream.

Emotions are physical, even though we don’t consciously register them as such.

The emotion of stress is the most toxic emotion because it can literally wreck havoc on your body if left unchecked.

This is especially true if you’re not taking the proper diet or exercising regularly – both of which help to keep stress in check.

The ’emergency stress state’ is caused by the body going into the ‘fight or flight’ stress response mode.

This in turn causes the stress hormones cortisol and adrenaline to cause that feeling of anxiety.

The body is responding as if there is a physical threat when no such threat exists.

In the past decade the scientific community has rapidly come to a consensus that yes, there is an undeniable connection between your emotions and your physical health.

Many therapies have been formed to help people balance their emotions with their physical health.

However, Faster EFT is the most effective, time efficient, and easiest technique to learn and use.

Consistent FasterEFT tapping “rewires” the neocortex.

This causes a change in automatic thought patterns – and, as a result, in emotional states.

However, there may be a faster and more direct way to make these changes.

FasterEFT has been designed to change memories that cause negative emotions into positive memories.

By changing a memory from negative to positive, the resulting positive chemical responses produce a very different effect on the body.

In addition to this, the changes in the neocortex are an automatic result since all changes in thought patterns cause restructuring in the neocortex.

FasterEFT not only causes the user to think differently by using new connections in the neocortex.

It does this with the original memory instead of with the current thought process alone.

In other words, instead of working with the neocortex (and by association, with the limbic brain) alone, it is designed to work with the subconscious  mind.
